When you are shopping with us you are automatically accepting our sales conditions below. This is why we advise you to thoroughly read through all of the below terms and conditions before you make an order.
Shipping and handling
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Spain.
The shipment expense differs from country to country. Your exact shipment expense will be visible in the check-out flow as you place your order. If you have any problems figuring out your shipment cost or your country doesn't show up please write us for help and a quote on email@example.com
Goods to most EU countries will take 3-5 days to arrive depending on destination.
For Switzerland and Norway also 3-5 days
United States 4-5 days
Delivery and insurance:
We send all shoes traceable as packages by DHL Express, TNT or other courier.
During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package be visible damaged upon arrival please report it to the courier immediately or refuse to accept delivery. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage but if you have accepted a damaged package we will not be able to assume responsibility.
Emma Go gladly accept returns.
You do however have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receiving.
Please print your order confirmation and include this in the return package.
We are unable to accept items that have been worn. The products much be in the original packaging and the packing must be intact. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your credit card. We are only able to credit the card that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses and please remember to insure the shipment as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
If you have received an item from EMMA GO as a gift you do not want, you can return it and exchange for another item of the same value. In case you want a more expensive item you have the option of paying the difference as well as shipment fees.
We cannot return any money as only the credit card used to purchase the item(s) can be credited.
Notifications of defects
All merchandise supplied is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods act, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. EMMA GO are unable to cover any shipping fees in case the defect is not on arrival of your purchase.
EMMA GO accepts the following credit cards: Dankort,VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and VISA/Electron.The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock. All prices are indicated in EUR (Euro) and a 25% sales tax/VAT is included.
EMMA GO is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your information. At EMMA GO we guarantee the information you enter will NOT be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.
Customs and sales tax/VAT
If your order is placed from an EU country you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT which is included in the displayed prices. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. EMMA GO is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might also delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for such extra charges so please check your local legislation before ordering or ask us for help on email@example.com
EMMA GO operate strictly under the current laws, rules, and regulations, sat forth by the Danish Consumer Department. Any disputes shall be settled under Danish law and by the juridical system in Denmark.
