refund policy


RETURNS:

You are free to return you shoes for up to 14 days after receiving them. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

To complete your return, please print a copy of your order confirmation and place in the return package or alternatively a note clearly marked with your 4 digit order number.

Exchanges:
If you need to change to another size please send the item back and repurchase another one or send us an e-mail and we will help out.

For used items we only replace these if defective. If you think that you have received a defective pair of shoes please e-mail us a description along with a photo if possible.

Sending an item back:

From inside the European Union:

Please send the shoes to our warehouse in Spain; you can see the link to our return instructions in the shipment confirmation e-mail that you received when we shipped the order to you. If you have any questions please write us at: shop@emmago.com

From outside the European Union:

Please send the shoes to our Danish office due to custom clearance;  Make sure that you mark the parcel as a return and submit a copy of your order for custom clearance. You can see the link to our return instructions in the shipment confirmation e-mail that you received when we shipped out the order to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the return. Shipping cost separately charged at purchase is also non-refundable. If we are charged any customs, duties or any additional fees when or after receiving a return such costs will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in order to ensure that your return is not lost on the way back to us.

We can not accept any returns send as receiver as payee as we wouldn't know what it is we are receiving.

If you refuse to receive an order or doesn't respond timely to our courier's messages a restocking fee reflecting the shipment costs will be deducted from your refund when we receive the items back.

Refunding you money:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refunded your credit card if everything is fine. Please note that it does take a little while for the money to show up on your account.
