You are free to return you shoes for up to 14 days after receiving them. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
To complete your return, please print a copy of your order confirmation and place in the return package.
If you need to change to another size please send the item back and repurchase another one or send us an e-mail and we will help out.
For used items we only replace these if defective. If you think that you have received a defective pair of shoes please e-mail us a description along with a photo if possible.
Sending an item back:
To return your product, you should send the shoes to our warehouse in Spain or alternatively if it works out cheaper for your our Danish warehouse. Please send us an e-mail for address details at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the return. Shipping cost separately charged at purchase is also non-refundable. If we are charged any customs, duties or any additional fees when or after receiving a return such costs will be deducted from your refund.
We suggest that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in order to ensure that your return is not lost on the way back to us.
We can not accept any returns send as receiver as payee as we wouldn't know what it is we are receiving.
Refunding you money:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refunded your credit card if everything is fine. Please note that it does take a little while for the money to show up on your account.
We are unable to offer refunds on items discounted 40% or more but exchanges to another style or size are often possible so please write us an e-mail and we will try to help.
